Weekend Retreat

Relax, get a respite from your everyday stress and achieve a deeper understanding of your meditation process. A weekend retreat provides an opportunity for training long meditations at the three-hour level (in your own room), guidance groups led by experienced instructors, talks and discussions on the psychology of meditation.

You can join from Thursday or Friday evening. The program includes yoga (no prior knowledge required), longer meditations, group guidance, walks and lectures.

Meet fellow meditators in quiet surroundings for longer meditations combined with guidance from experienced instructors. To discuss and share your experiences in small guidance groups, can be very helpful and inspiring.

In the seminars you may discuss different aspects of Acem Meditation and achieve a deeper understanding of the technique and the meditation process.

A weekend retreat can intensify the process of meditation. You will be able to experience more directly the relationship between meditation and personal growth. You can attend from Thursday or Friday
