M2- From Actualisation to Personal Growth
The goal of the M2 is to improve your meditation by facilitating a deeper understanding of the processes initiated through the practice of Acem Meditation and to better grasp the interplay between the spontaneous activities and how you repeat the meditation sound.
The M2 comprises the following 5 sessions:
- Actualization and resistance
- Sensitivity and flexibility in the way we perform meditation
- Long meditation 1 1/2 hour
- Metathoughts and psychological processing
- Personal development
Each session begins with a 30-45 minute group meditation. Afterwards, we discuss themes arising from your meditation, using questions as a starting point. These discussions will enable you to gain a more personal and comprehensive understanding of the meditation process and provide an improved basis for meditation in your daily life.
The course is over 5 Sunday evenings from 6pm-8pm: April 7, April 14, May 12, May 19 and May 26
