This is an opportunity to meet fellow meditators in quiet surroundings for longer meditations combined with guidance from experienced instructors. To discuss and share your experiences in small guidance groups, can be very helpful and inspiring. In the seminars you may discuss different aspects of Acem Meditation and achieve a deeper understanding of the technique and the meditation process. You will be able to experience more directly the relationship between meditation and personal growth. Meditations are done in your own room, and you can meditate up three hours.

The retreat also offers lessons for beginners.
